I came online thinking I will do tutorials.

We had seoul garden and then went for bowling and some went for movies.

Hello! I know it has been loooong since i last blogged.
I don't know why I feel so busy but actually I done nothing much.
Let me list down what I did for the past two weeks.

Dinner with family for dad's birthday

We had dinner together two times actually.
First time it was claypot rice at chinatown
and second time was some fish head steamboat.
My dad's favorite dish of the time.

Read books

Nicholas Sparks' At First Sight.
I borrowed it from lyna and she told me the ending was unexpected.

And you know what I did the first thing ? I read the ending first.
But I like his way of writing!

Got this book from Sis. She said it was an impulse buy and I agreed.
I read this book to kill time before I sleep.

It's like a dummy's guide to life but a girl's version.
Yes I know how to walk in high heels already.

I can smell the sweet scent of Christmas!
(literally cause of the cookies and whatnot's)
My childhood isn't filled with the spirit of Christmas.
My mum's side of family started this tradition a couple of years ago.
Just a simple gathering and we'll talk and eat and play bingo.
I always look forward to the fun and of course, the presents.
My aunts will give the nieces and nephews presents
but won't expect us to give them back.

I often wonder, how do people give so much?
I mean, how is it possible to be so generous?
Or are we born with it?
Or do we have to learn how to generous?
Do people really expect nothing in return when they contribute so much?
I guess I still have a long time to figure that out.

Anyway, the holidays are hereeeeeeee, baby!
Both Nina and Atiqah flew off already!
Can't wait for them to come back and tell us about their adventures!

I spent the day sleeping and playing virtual tennis 3 today!
And no, we haven't complete our storyboarding slides.

We were the last to present
and everyone is like wanting to go home already

Oh oh oh! My little girl cousin arrived on 20th sept.
She's so cute... like a little sumo.

She's over in Vancouver with my aunt and her family.

All B and C+s. No A's but I'm already satisfied.

But I find it funny,
because I came to this course expecting to get darn good results.
But when i got my B's And C's, I wasn't even disappointed.
I'm just... relieved, i think. babble babble.

So that's why I had that weird title.
Yesterday, I dreamt that I moved house.
Then I flew out of the window and ended up in my Sec sch field.
I have no idea what the hell that means.
Then the other day, I dreamt I bought a ultra nice puma sneakers.
I think I want that dream to come true.

Anyway, I went for a haircut one week ago.
Not exactly happy with it.
Oh well, just got to wait for it to grow longer...and faster.

Photoshop tutorials to my sister

I know how to pass my time already!
I decided to brush up on my photoshop skills...
with the help of online tutorials!
They rock! and thanks to atiqah for finding me the site.
So far, I figured out how to make simple blends, simple borders.
So, I ended up with a photo of sis and me with simple borders
and some blurry effects so you wont spot the imperfections.
Except the fact that I have a fat face. (Sorry, can't hide that)

So simple but I like it.
I call her jiejie and she calls me by my nickname ah bo.
( I have no idea why I got that name)
She's in NTU and is doing her oh-so-tough final year project.
She wakes up at 6am and reaches home at least before 10pm.
She teaches tuition after school.
I think she took up 4 tuition assignments. (crazy, i know)
I wonder how she manage to cope this all those madness.
And me, I'm just the lazy(fat) one.
I can't even handle my weekend job.
Jiejie, I want to be like you.
Sorry for being a rude and irritating sister.

10 weird things or habits or little known facts about yourself.

1) I have this issue with shortcuts on my desktop.
Unless it's really important, it will go to the recycle bin.

2) I still keep a diary!

3) I love long bus rides and I will miss my stop
just to have a uber long bus ride.

4) I can't stand random files just sitting in My Documents or anywhere.
I need to create a folder for them.

5) I sing when I'm stressed and you won't want to be there.

6) I cannot have long finger/toe nails.
I need to cut them because I feel uneasy.

7) I don't really take spicy stuff but I'm trying, ok?

8) I never used Mozilla Firefox before but I just downloaded it just
because I can have a Wikipedia Search on my tool bar.
(I have no idea how to do it for IE.. so yeah.)

9) I talk to myself when I'm alone at home.
Just like how you talk to your friends.

So i turn to my tv and go channel surfing.
Then, I ended up watching this korean love comedy.
HA. I don't even expect myself to watch it ok.
But the guy is cute and the storyline is funny.

Oh, I managed to studied like ONE chapter for marketing today.
More like reading through. But I tried ok.
Watched The Ring yesterday night.
It was scary to me la. =/

but saturday was the best because there's a australian band called INTONE performing.
and they are really good.
